“Deep down you know that there is a better way to run a business, a team, a company, a department. You’ve always known it.”

  - Richard Sheridan, Joy Inc.

When we hear the term 9-to-5, we know the feeling it evokes. The roots of this feeling was sown in the industrial era that was driven by a "command and control" philosophy. Today, in the information and creative era, the real organizational power comes from the "heart and engagement" of the employees. How we engage "heart" of an employee goes well beyond calling them an "Associate" or creating financial rewards for success.

The ReJoy CXO Retreat explores,"what really motivates and makes people creative (not just mechanically productive)" and provides a framework for making Joy as the central theme of an organization's people practices.

While the retreat will touch upon the core human needs and behaviors, it also provides methods, systems and implementable tools for an organization that makes this new paradigm executable.

The retreat is planned to have anywhere from 8 to 12 participants maximum to ensure diversity and richness of interaction. To ensure that each retreat has good representation of companies, we also limit participants from each company to 3.
